Eligibility:
- All serving commissioned officers of Army, Navy, Air force, Coast guards and Border Road Organizations.
- All retired and released short service commission officers of Army, Navy & Air force those who have completed minimum 5 years of service from the date of commissioned and availing all other CSD facilities.
- Widows of officers those who are availing all other CSD facilities.
- PBOR ( Personal Below Officers Rank ) those who have completed 15 years of decorated services of Army, Navy & Air force. ( They are authorized for cars below 1300 CC. )
- All retired PBOR ( Personal Below Officers Rank ) those who have completed 15 years of decorated services of Army, Navy & Air force. ( They are authorized for cars below 1300 CC).
- Class 1 officers of Ministry of Defence. They are authorized in selective depots with certain terms and conditions.
